# OligoVigil

> 658 human curator-verified safety and off-target evidence rows for therapeutic oligonucleotides, with provenance and benchmark-ready release data. Curation was AI-assisted: a single human curator adjudicated v2 LLM proposals over the source passages (re-curating 2003 v1 machine pre-curated candidates; 1345 unsupported ones were demoted). Machine-only rows are labelled machine_precurated_v1 and are not release evidence. Inter-curator (Cohen kappa) agreement is not yet reported.

Base URL: use the public OligoVigil URL after deployment; use `http://127.0.0.1:8077` only for local testing.

Critical rules:

- Verified release evidence supports claims; candidates are gap-finding context only.
- Do not infer clinical safety or de novo off-target risk from OligoVigil alone.
- Use `/api/evidence_detail?domain={toxicity|offtarget}&id={id}` for citable record-level provenance.
- Include PMID/DOI, evidence grade, source location, OligoVigil version, and audit status when summarizing evidence.
- Raw article text is not redistributed.
